We ship exclusively with USPS flat rate packaging (for simplicity and reliability). We have found that sending packages via other shipping options domestically that you don't save much in charges and the length of shipping time increases dramatically.
In order to have tracking on each order, USPS flat rate packaging includes tracking. We will include this tracking number with each order.
In the event that the automated shipping calculator significantly over-charges for shipping, or if we are able to consolidate items into fewer boxes than initially planned, then we will refund that extra amount after shipping has taken place.
On International shipping, we are not responsible for the package once it leaves the US shores. If tracking shows that the package has left the country, then we will not refund a package that is lost the remainder of the trip. Our shipping insurance does not cover this.
