Refund policy

The Shoggoth Assembly Refund, Repair and Return Policy

-We will provide order refunds for any un-sent orders at any time.
-We will provide order refunds for any orders lost or destroyed by the USPS IF the USPS accepts the loss claim and refunds the shipping insurance to the Shoggoth Assembly
-We will provide order repairs or refunds for damaged merchandise if the cause of the damage would fall within "normal use" expectations - subject to The Shoggoth Assembly's discretion.
-We will provide order repairs for merchandise damaged for any reason as long as the buyer pays for the shipping charges.
