How long will it take to get my order?
Most items in the shop are made to order and will take a minimum of 2-3 weeks until they ship out. If you are looking for something that will ship immediately, please check out items in the Ready to Ship section of the site
I need my order for a specific date/event! Can you make it in time? Will it be here in time for Halloween?
All orders are completed in the order that they come in. If you need your order for a specific date, please leave a note with your order and I will do the best I can to get it to you by that date. To be safe, order at least 4-5 weeks before your needed date to allow for both production time and shipping.
If you need your mask order for the Halloween season, please order well ahead of time. It is our busiest time of year, so to guarantee you get your order before the big rush we suggest ordering during the summer. The Halloween order cut off date will be posted up on the site when it is getting close to that time of year. If you order a custom mask past the Halloween cut off date, I cannot guarantee it's completion in time. If it is past the Halloween cut off date and you would still like a mask in time for the holiday, you may order from the Ready to Ship section (please still account for shipping times)

What size is the mask? How do I know if it will fit me?
All mask listings have their individual measurements listed in the description of the mask, please check the listed measurements on the face model you are interested in! To ensure a more comfortable fit, please select a mask that has similar measurements to your own face or is slightly larger. To find your own measurements, use a cloth measuring tape (or pieces of string that you can measure afterwards) to get the width from just outside your left eye to just outside of your right eye. For your height, measure from just under the tip of your chin to the center of your eyebrows. (run the tape to one side of your nose)
Can you make the masks in a different size?
No. All masks are lifecasts of real people's faces and the base molds cannot be altered.
Can I have a specific makeup design on my mask?
Yes! If you would like to have a makeup design on your mask please choose the add on for Clown Painting or Makeup and add a note with your order describing what kind of look you want it to have.
What if I want a clown/makeup AND leatherface stitches?
When looking at the mask custom order form you may notice that you can only choose one of these options at a time. If you would like both stitches AND makeup, please add the leatherface option in your custom mask form, and additionally purchase the Clown Makeup Addon from the Mask Options section of the site.
Can you make my face?
I am not currently looking for new face models, but may be in the future. I will post about this more when the time comes!
How do I wear my mask?
These masks are NOT prosthetics and are not intended to be attached directly to the skin. All masks come with five simple stretchy black straps and slices cut into the mask. The longest strap goes through the hole at the top of the forehead, with the other four straps going on the sides of the eyes and sides of the jaw.

How long does it take for a clothing order?
Currently all clothing designs listed on the site are made to order. That means there isn't a warehouse full of stock sitting around, but it also means your item is not produced until you place your order! Depending on the item it may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to produce. Once your item is out of production and has shipped you will get a notification with it's tracking information!
My clothing order is missing some items?
Some of the items in the clothing section of the site use different manufacturers and may ship in different packages or at different times. Please be patient as all parts of your order ship out! If you are worried something may have gotten lost, please reach out at meowmagicmonsters@gmail.com
