Now Under New Management! Due to ongoing health problems Eric has decided to take a step back and pass on The Shoggoth Assembly to his apprentice, Jinx Aesthel.

New Face Mold: Jean Claude

The first in a brand new wave of mask molds to be added to The Shoggoth Assembly face library! Meet Jean Claude!

This mold was made on January 18, 2026, ringing in the new year and a new era of The Shoggoth Assembly together!

These molds are made through a process called lifecasting, where a person's face is copied using a material called Body Double. This silicone will pick up every detail down to the pore!

The Jean Claude mold goes from the top of his head to the bottom of his chin, being a very clean slice of just the face. The measurements of the Jean Claude mask are: 5in. width and 6in. height.

After making and removing the lifecast I then fill in the nostril holes before I can lay in silicone and make masks out of this mold! Here is how the first pulling of this mask turned out. It definitely helped me realize some things after having not made any new molds for quite a while. I immediately noticed air bubbles around his eyelashes and eyebrows that happened because the model had such thick fluffy lashes and brows. Just goes to show how important that release cream is so the hair doesn't get stuck to the mold! I would rather have to clean up my molds than hurt my models. The air bubbles aren't too much of a problem, just something I'll clean up in the trimming process while making these masks!

Here are a few finished Jean Claude masks that I have made so far since creating this mold!

The Jean Claude mask is available now! Customize him to your heart's desire! I can't wait to make more of this mask and see what you all get up to with him!
